Frequently asked questions
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.
We accept COD, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and other secure payment options.
Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 5-7 working days from shipping. Smaller products in most of the Metros are delivered within one day also.
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. You can check out our return policy for more details.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at overtechmallstore@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
