Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices.
  • Return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Any damage to the product during the re-shipment is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the product is not found in its original condition, your request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you (shipping cost borne by the customer).

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at overtechmallstore@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with the instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all materials (e.g., accessories, manuals), and attach the return label provided.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued for eligible returned items that meet our return policy criteria.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the product’s original condition.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  2. Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. If the return is not approved, we will contact you with an explanation.
  3. Processing Time: For any refund for prepaid orders, we reverse the transaction you made. For COD orders, you will need to share your account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable, and only product charges are refunded. Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not attributable to our error.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items not returned within the specified return period.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To exchange an item, contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the products by emailing overtechmallstore@gmail.com, notifying us of any damage to the product with pictures. We will schedule a return pick-up for the product.
